Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Syllo through Whop. By using the app, you agree to these terms, Whop's applicable terms, and all rules that apply to content, payments, and access on Whop.

Your account and authority

You must have authority to act for the Whop company or experience you connect. Keep credentials secure and review collaborators' access. We may rely on access decisions and identifiers supplied by Whop.

Your content and AI output

You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to rights you grant to Whop or others. You give Syllo the limited permission needed to process, store, transform, export, and publish that content at your direction. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to other output. You are responsible for reviewing facts, citations, safety, suitability, and intellectual-property rights before publishing.

Acceptable use

You may not use Syllo to:

• violate law, another person's rights, or Whop's prohibited-products and content rules;
• publish content you do not have the right to use;
• mislead learners about credentials, outcomes, pricing, access duration, evidence, or endorsements;
• distribute malware, evade access controls, probe systems without permission, or disrupt the service;
• create dangerous or exploitative material that Whop or Syllo does not permit.

We may restrict or remove content, suspend features, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to address abuse, safety, legal, or platform requirements.

Publishing and third-party services

Syllo can send content to Whop Courses and other configured services. Those services control their own rendering, availability, access, fees, and policies. A successful export does not guarantee approval, sales, learner outcomes, or uninterrupted third-party availability. Review the publish summary and the live destination after every material update.

Plans, credits, refunds, and changes

Current price, included usage, renewal, and cancellation details are shown in Whop before purchase. AI credits measure service usage and are not money. Refunds and disputes are handled under the purchase terms and applicable Whop rules. We may change or discontinue features, but will avoid materially reducing paid access during its stated term without notice.

Availability and responsibility

We provide Syllo on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for backups and for reviewing content before it is used in education, health, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-stakes settings. Nothing generated by Syllo is professional advice.

Ending use

You may stop using or uninstall Syllo and may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, legal requirement, or platform action. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain in effect.
